Hello. We have v18 installed on premise in a virtual machine. The web interface from [company].3cx.com shows that there is an upgrade for v20 with Debian 12. If I click on the "Upgrade", I get an email that a backup was just generated and then I can't login to the web interface, I'm getting: Server Error. I don't know if it's in the process of upgrading the virtual machine's Debian to 12 or if it's doing anything at all or how much time I should wait, and I don't know how to check it.

I went to find the ISO to see if I can manually install the new v20 3CX, but that's nowhere to be found. At portal.3cx.com I can only see v18, so I went to the help page here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/ and the only link to download Debian is the Debian 10 and not 12 (the link to download the latest 3cx right now is https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/debian10iso/debian-amd64-netinst-3cx.iso )

So my questions are: Is Debian 12 3CX out or is it still in closed beta? Is it available to all? While it's upgrading (after pressing the upgrade button on the web interface), is there a way to keep track of the process? How will I know if the upgrade is finished or stopped or failed? How much time does this process take usually?

It's a beta/release candidate. Don't upgrade yet.

And it takes around 15min to fully complete as it goes through 2 OS upgrades.
