Hi,
In a company where I'd like to use 3CX there is a BeeTel Home 100 currently in use as an ISDN adapter. This device, apart from 2 FXS connector, has a USB connection to provide internet connectivity to a computer, which adds 2 modem interfaces to windows. Would you think this USB modem could work instead of a new ISDN to VoIP adapter?

Thanks,
Andras

Other info, it seems it has a CAPI/TAPI driver on windows for operation

Off hand I doubt it. I generally never say never, because, well, you never know, with enough time, you might get it to work. The problem is that you have to be able to set-up a trunk in 3CX to interface to it, and 3CX wants to go IP, to that device, for the most part. As it's not a supported device, that may be difficult, to impossible. I would not spend a lot of time on it.
