Isolated Softphone Config

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to add a softphone that can be isolated in the extension pool?

By that I mean the softphone works as per normal (calls in route to it and it can call out all depending on the rules), but it cannot 'see' other extensions, or call them. So anyone using the Softphone doesn't even know what ext they might be as it is not displayed and cannot be 'guess' dialed.

Hi, you may enable the parameter HIDE USER within the extension, in this way the extension is not displayed in the presence neither phonebook.



Also you may create an exception rule in this user extension in order to reject any call from the other users, lets say this the 300 user exten, and you have users from 000 to 400, you may create a exception rule from 000 - 299, 301-400 All Hours destination end call (send busy).



For the other users you may add an exception rule to add this user extension and do the same, so the phone can not dial other users.

For this extension you can also disable the see presence
