We just changed ISP's because the prior used MAC-binding for WAN static IPs.
The new ISP assured us that they don't do MAC-binding for static IP. However, if I put in a static IP on the 3cx console, I can't make the inbound calls work.
Our new ISP is SHAW. We've even asked SHAW to turn on multi-home.
However, if I turn dynamic on on 3cx console, it shows the firewall static IP, and calls work. I can even reach 3cx management console remotely using the firewall's WAN IP. (Firewall is Pfsense.)
If the IP is set to static, I can reach the management remotely, using the firewall IP.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
