Issue calling mobiles

I am unable to call a mobile number on the Sky network i have checked the activity log and this is what i am getting.

07/02/2022 15:47:33 - Call to T:Line:10000>>xxxxxxxxxxxx@[Dev:sip:[email protected]] from L:134.1[Extn:871] failed, cause: Cause: 404 Not Found/INVITE from 195.74.60.150:5060

I'd ask your SIP provider if they are having a problem routing calls to Sky. It sounds weird but I've seen that sort of thing happen.

Is this to one number that happens to be a Sky mobile, or, is it to any Sky mobile? Since the reply is not found and not Forbidden, perhaps the number does not exist or there is a porting issue.

Could it be that calling a Sky Mobile number is a higher tariff, that you must first authorize?

Whatever the case might be the error seems to be coming from your provider so you should ask them first to see if anything is wrong on their side.
