Issue with 3CX Remote Archiving to Google Storage

We have two 3CX v20 servers in production, both hosted in AWS:

• Server A: Handles communication with SIP devices
• Server B: Handles external calls

Remote archiving is configured identically on both servers using Google Cloud Storage. However, while Server A successfully archives to Google Storage, Server B fails to complete backups.

Troubleshooting performed so far:

• Verified that security group rules for both AWS VMs are identical.
• Confirmed that remote archiving settings in 3CX are configured the same on both servers.

If anyone has some idea what could be an issue, I would be grateful

Additionally, the server logs do not show any entries related to the backup process, and the Debian system logs contain no information that explains why the backup is failing.
