I have an issue after update at version 15.5.10244.4 with 3CX Webclient and ip phone interfacing to it.

In my company all the devices (around 40 ip phone, Snom 320) was correctly interfaced to 3CX webclient, so from interface we could type a number then call or search in address book and then call, etc.

But after upgraded to new version, there isn't comunication from 3CX webclient and ip phone.

No issue about 3CX server, all calls work fine
No issue about ip phone, can call tiping a number and no issue to receive internal or esternal call
In 3CX webclient I see the ip phone correctly connected but there isn't interaction.

Confirm you mean CTI mode, I have known an update to have knocked the softphone back into Soft-client mode instead of CTI before.

Failing that check your updates on the snom firmware, Windows client machine and .NET framework.

Thank you for reply eddv123, the issues is on 3cx webclient (in chrome) not with 3CX client application, so I shouldn't need .NET framework for use it.
In the 3CX webclient, you can't choose "CTI" or "softphone" but just interfacing your phisical ip phone.

Apologies for the confusion.

If it is the client itself (web GUI based) maybe check your version of chrome.

I don't think pop up blocks have ever effected this but just a thought, I know I have experienced this with Webmeeting.

Chrome is already at last version and popup block is disable, before upgrade 3CX server side at last version, all work fine :(

And if you move to another device (PC or Laptop) with the extension everything works fine.

It is clearly the update I would agree but worth checking.

sorry for delay eddv123, no, if I move the device (ip phone) to another pc doesn't work neither.

Hello @Syntaxerror

The phones should be working in SP4 as they did in SP3 as there was no change in that regard. Are the phones local to the server or remote? Also how are the phones provisioned?
Is the device visible in the 3CX web client? Is it selected as the device to be used?

@YiannisH_3CX, yes they working fine in SP3 and SP4, the phones are local to server, they are provisioned with method is "Local LAN", yes they are visible in 3CX web client and they are selected but doesn't work.
I have another information, maybe should be helpful, if I reboot the phisical phone, soon after reboot it work fine with 3CX webclient, then after 10-15 minutes it stop working with web interface.

Hello,

Same issue here after upgrading to SP5 with Yealink T21's, 52.83.2.20.

Webclient doesn't show phone. Phones are provisioned over STUN, server is OVH.

Are you using the default templates for phone provisioning and what is the firmware the phones are running?

I try to change "CSTA_USER_AGENTS" but nothing is changed :(

Please note that this solution only applies to Yealink T21 phones. As you do own any of these phones this solution does not apply to your case.
In your case i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can have a look at the PBX logs and determine the cause of the issue as it sounds like a communication issue between the phone and the web client.

Great, problem solved

Have T28P and were told these and EOL and will no longer work with webclient. Will the above fix work for those too?

Same problem here, solved changing CSTA parameter.

thanks
