I have an issue after update at version 15.5.10244.4 with 3CX Webclient and ip phone interfacing to it.

In my company all the devices (around 40 ip phone, Snom 320) was correctly interfaced to 3CX webclient, so from interface we could type a number then call or search in address book and then call, etc.

But after upgraded to new version, there isn't comunication from 3CX webclient and ip phone.

No issue about 3CX server, all calls work fine
No issue about ip phone, can call tiping a number and no issue to receive internal or esternal call
In 3CX webclient I see the ip phone correctly connected but there isn't interaction.

Have T28P and were told these and EOL and will no longer work with webclient. Will the above fix work for those too?

I do not see the 28 in the CSTA list...

Since T28 phones are EOL by Yealink then there are no new firmware for these phones to support uaCSTA. If you add the phones there you will cause issues so i would recommend against it.

Yes, been battling all day over this one and only just found this forum's post and the fix solves the webclient "phone not connected" error for Yealink T21P E2 !

upgraded to last stable version 15-5-131103.5, snom still doesn't work with 3CX web client :(
someone has some advice to restore normal working conditions?

Don't know much about 3cx or Snom but is your snom actually mentioned in that config fix "...,snom3,snomD,snom7,snom8,...." because if it isn't then it won't work.

Please navigate to Settings / Parameters and search for "CSTA_USER_AGENTS"
Copy the value to a file just in case something goes wrong and replace it with the following values"

Code:
Fanvil X,Fanvil C400,Fanvil C600,Fanvil H,Htek UC8,Htek UC9,snom3,snomD,snom7,snom8,Yealink SIP-T19P_E2,Yealink SIP-T19_E2,Yealink SIP-T21P_E2,Yealink SIP-T21_E2,Yealink SIP-T23,Yealink SIP-T27,Yealink SIP-T29,Yealink SIP-T4,Yealink SIP-T5,Yealink SIP-CP920,Yealink SIP-CP960,GrandStream GXP2170,GrandStream GXP2160,GrandStream GXP2140,GrandStream GXP2135,GrandStream GXP2130,GrandStream GXP17,GrandStream GXP16
Restart all services and let me know if that works.

This list of CSTA devices ever going to be updated via normal update procedure instead of manual change of the parameter? I can't even find mentions in the changelog so the first news about it is when a client complains and then I find a proposed solution in the community.

This is the second time that updated list, found in community, helped with the issue. This one, obviously, caused by upgrade to SP5 when my phones (Yealink T21P E2 and snom D715, both upgraded to latest firmware provided by 3CX, and no custom templates) ceased to be shown in Webclient (latest Chrome).
