Solved Issue with conference scheduling Office 365 calendar synchronization

I have an issue with the conference scheduling of my meetings.

When I create a conference call it manages to create it on the dashboard but doesn't sync with Office 365 calendar in order to invite attendees and to be added to the calendar.

Any idea why this might happen? It was working before up until today.
