I am new to 3CX. I had purchased Fanvil X4G, X5S, and X6. I had enabled voice on the ports. Now, phones are properly connected and PC's are working flawlessly except the ones connected to Fanvil X6 phones. They failed to get IP although all VLAN settings were configured. the fanvil firmware is 1.2.5 which was downloaded from 3CX site. Has anybody faced similar issue?
