In 3CX, there is an issue with France overseas territory and E164 processing.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_France#Overseas_departments_and_territories

Within france and its territories, you dial using 0 and 9 numbers. All operators like Orange require you to dial using this format.

The issue is that each french territory has it's own country code:

France +33 XXX XXX XXX
Guadeloupe +590 XXX XXX XXX
Martinique +596 XXX XXX XXX

Yet when you are within France or its territories, you dial 0 XXX XXX XXX

E164 processing fails as you can only chose one country when in reality, it's many countries together.

What we would need is to be able to select a new country called "France and its territories (+33, +590, +594, +596, +262, +262)"

Hi @solutechnet could you please elaborate more regarding what exactly fails?

What VoIP provider are you using? is it supported?

What is the dial plan to call from Guadeloupe to France, Reunion, Martinique, French Guyana? How would you dial these countries?

You are posting under the SMB forum but your screenshot shows a dedicated PBX, could you please also clarify this.
