In 3CX, there is an issue with France overseas territory and E164 processing.

Within france and its territories, you dial using 0 and 9 numbers. All operators like Orange require you to dial using this format.
The issue is that each french territory has it's own country code:
France +33 XXX XXX XXX
Guadeloupe +590 XXX XXX XXX
Martinique +596 XXX XXX XXX
Yet when you are within France or its territories, you dial 0 XXX XXX XXX
E164 processing fails as you can only chose one country when in reality, it's many countries together.
What we would need is to be able to select a new country called "France and its territories (+33, +590, +594, +596, +262, +262)"
