Issue with french provider on 3CX Free

Hi, I am unable to set up Dstny on our 3CX Free system. I have successfully set up Dstny last year on 3 other 3CX Free accounts, but now the France list of providers only shows Bouygues Entreprise, Free Pro and Twilio. Here are the details the support AI of 3CX indicated me to put here, while it looks like it's just a summary of my question :

Unable to select Dstny when setting up a myDstny Trunk for France

Current facts:
Provider: myDstny Trunk
Scope: France
Symptom: only have Bouygues Entreprise, Free Pro and Twilio, I'm unable to select Dstny
Comparison: I did last year for 3 other companies I set up 3CX Free for

Customer-reported attempts and results:
Selected "France" during trunk setup: Only Bouygues Entreprise, Free Pro and Twilio were available; Dstny could not be selected (reported failed)

Outcome:
Customer reported that the issue persists.

And the version of our 3CX Free is V20.0.1765 SP10, Update 10.

Can someone help me please ?

Simply use a template from one of the other 3CX installations you’ve set up. Alternatively, use the generic provider template and adjust everything yourself.

I’ve just checked it myself, are you sure you only see these providers? Could this perhaps be a 3CX SMB system?
