We recently installed a 3CX for a major restaurant and they use Slang AI as their management interface. Their main number calls out to the Slang AI but when you ask to speak to a person the call is transferred back to 3CX and rings once and fails to come through. I've put below what the error message 30051 and we are stumped on what needs to be adjusted to get the calls to come through.
Can you help with this?

Hey DJPLA,
  • Did you check if you have any IPs added to your blacklist ?
  • Disable SIP ALG on your router or firewall if it's causing packet manipulation.
  • Another cause might be that the trunk was not added to the whitelist, you can confirm this by going to the trunk configuration page on your 3CX PBX and
Another point to consider which is If you're not expecting this caller or the SIP source IPs aren't from your provider, then the system is doing its job blocking potential spoofed or malicious calls.
