So I'm trying to use the notifications on Safari with ipad os and of course it's not allowing me to enable notifications therefore not allowing me to have the extensions show active and registered when signed into the web client can somebody please assist me or figure out how we can let the engineers know this needs to be fixed

Hi there.
You should use the supported browsers which are Chrome and Edge.

Hi there.
You should use the supported browsers which are Chrome and Edge.
Which the application should be supporting, also safari given a fact that other people use other types of browsers I use them only on the other machine, but I have a second machine which is the iPad and it needs to work with that. I even tried using it on chrome on the iPad and it's not even working, so this issue needs to be resolved and it needs to be forwarded to the appropriate parties I don't know how to reach the engineering team team to give the feedback to them

So, if you wish to use the Browser it must be Chrome/Edge.
Other than that why not download the 3CX iOS/iPadOS application from the App Store?

How do I forward the feedback to the appropriate team instead of going back-and-forth with you about how I'm supposed to use or not use the app better why doesn't somebody else reply other than you?

Hello

We ship our software with notifications working. This is an important function of the software and many clients depend on it. So notifications work. The notifications do not work for you because you insist to use a browser which is not supported and to make everything worse, you want to use on an ipad. So you are putting bad ingredients in the mix.

1. Find a chrome browser and see if notifications work. Once you see notifications working, then the server is ruled out.

2. Next I would install Chrome on IPad So at least we understand if you can use the ipad or not.

Notifications depend on many factors - security settings, browser version etc. So given there are many points of failure, you need to start off from a baseline point - a point where we see something work.

I can also offer that you create 2 extensions for us to test. Contact me privately and we can organize a test. Like this we can rule out whether the notifications are working on your instance.

Thanks for reporting.
