Solved Issue with Office Hours and Holidays mode

Hi,

In Settings, Office Hours are setup like this :

08:00 - 17:30 from monday to thursday
08:00 - 12:00 on friday

With break time 12:00 to 13:30 each day

My extension is set to use the auto switch status with Global Office Hours.
My status switch to DND when i'm out of office hours, switching to my voicemail according to the forwarding rules of my extension.

FIRST QUESTION : how can I set a global message when office is closed with our oppening hours ?

I've also tried to setup Holiday mode with an special announcement. My extension doesn't switch when the date and time setup in the setting are reach.

SECOND QUESTION : how can i solve this issue ?

Do you need this to be played for all incoming calls? If yes, you could create an IVR with the message you want, and configure it as the "Out of Office" routing of the Inbound Rule(s). Calls during out of office hours will all be routed to that IVR and hence hear the message.

Did this happen for all extensions that have autoswitching enabled and that follow the 3CX PBX global office hours or just a specific one?
