We use 3cx for our company's VOIP. Just setup 3cx desktop app at work so I can route all my calls through my pc. I'm using a Poly Savi 8200 UC wireless headset that uses a USB transmitter connected to the PC. Pretty standard headset. I'm testing using my cell phone. The desktop app detects the headset and it seems to work fine until I make an outgoing call. They my cell phone rings as it should, I hear the phone ring once through the headset, then I don't hear anything from the headset... no 2nd ring and no voice when I answer my cell. Making a call from my cell to my desktop seems to work fine until I answer. I hear the headset ringing in my ear as it should, then I answer via the desktop app and nothing... The connection seems to be made, but I don't hear anything on either end. Any ideas?
