Solved Issue with receiving calls from a DDI to IVR

Hi all, having a issue with a DDI/DID not accepting calls, if i call the number it comes up as engaged, the routes are in place they point to an IVR, Here is a Snip from my log what am I missing?

I think your problem is this:

Have you created multiple Trunks and entered the 443000000046 DID number more than once?
Make sure each DID exists only once on the system.

Hi, I have a backup trunk with the number in as well, i take it you can not do that.

If you have a backup trunk, you need to configure the "Source Identification" (SI).
