Granted, We are not a super high level partner. But I would expect that if I paid for a support ticket, I would get support.

Instead, I wait for days to get a response. When i do get a response, all i get is "Its not us". Not a "lets see whats going wrong", or even, can you send us more screen shots.

So here, I paid for this support ticket and got no help at all. 3CX has basically said we aren't even going to try and help you. And they won't even refund my money or at least give us a credit for a ticket in the future.

Here are the screenshots of our ticket. Maybe someone in the forum has seen this and can let us know what going wrong.

If anyone else has seen this, what did you do this get around it?

Thanks,
Wade

I think you would be better of using a different provider, such as Lightsail, not sure the setup for Microsoft azure. but I have a VMware server I could host your PBX if you wish.

Its not Azure that we have a problem with. We have about 2 dozen 3CX deployments to azure and we have not had a problem. I was simply trying to get Supports attention that this is no longer working and maybe report a possible bug.

We are actually a 3CX Partner, just not a large enough one to warrant their support in making their product better.

We resorted to manually deploying a 3CX server on a Debian server in azure. Its working as expected. The 3CX PBXExpress.... not so much. Maybe this will help in getting 3CX to realize they need to step up their support to the partners that only want them to succeed.

Thank you for your offer to help!
