Hey to everyone!
I’m experiencing an issue with my 3CX SIP trunk connected to Twilio:
When using the default port 5060, I receive an error stating that the number is not available, not registered, or there are no routes available.
When switching to port 5061 (TLS), the call rings endlessly but never connects.
I’ve checked the SIP trunk settings, TLS configuration, and outbound rules on 3CX, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on what might be causing this and how to resolve it?
