issue with whatsapp

Hello,

I am having the same issue as https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/how-to-setup-whatsapp-integration.115729/
but i have the international in my number with an + and zeros removed. what can i do? i have also an other 3cx server and other number and there it works fine, i cant see the diffrence of them>>

We are also getting error code:

01/09/2023 8:44:22 AM - Lc:10004(@WhatsApp[<sip:0/UDP>]) has invalid configuration: primary target is empty

What can we do with this to get it working?

I would recommend recreating the integration in case you missed a step. If you follow the steps correctly then it should work like it works in your other systems.

If the issue persists, remember to make sure that the number is in International Format in the 3CX System WhatsApp configuration.

UK: +447975777666
