We're using Spectrum SIP as that's what our client has for their SIP Provider and does not want to change.
We're using current build of v20.
Spectrum refuses to help with creating a template as their VoIP engineers don't help create templates for phone system PBX per the tech I spoke with. Since they're not a supported SIP Provider, there isn't a template in the console to use, so I have to use the GenericSIPTrunk.pv.xml and that does not pass the caller ID of the person who calls to the mobile phone.
I've confirmed that Spectrum will pass any caller ID because I tested by putting my caller ID into the Outbound caller ID for that extension, and it showed the CID on the mobile phone.
I'm wanting to see if anyone here has had any luck modifying the template to allow the caller ID to pass through to mobile with using Spectrum SIP.
Here's an example of what information I want and how our calls flow:

Here's an example of what information I want and how our calls flow:
- John Smith (555.1111) calls into the phone system (555.1112).
- Hits our Call Flow App and directs the call where it needs to go.
- No one answers so it routes to the extension that forwards to mobile (555.1113).
- The Caller ID on the mobile phone number shows (555.1112) instead of the expected (555.1111) since John Smith is calling.
