Hi All, we have a PBX that isn't allowing us to login to the admin console, within the first attempt of entering what is known to be the correct details we get a warning that states
Login Access Denied, too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the administrator.
I get the feeling the system was originally configured to only accept login's from a specific public IP address which is no longer available to us, I have access to the server via cli since its a VM, is there a way I can connect to it via the Cli and clear this restriction or add an additional admin user to the system that will allow me to login via the web interface and clear any restrictions?.
Any advice would be appreciated as I'm a little stumped with this one and can't see a way to get back-in without republishing the PBX to azure.
