Issues refresh license after missing renew time

Hey all,
I am having issues with refresh my license after renew not in time.
What can i do ?

This is the error :
3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activate.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activate.3cx.com

All ports are open.

Version 18.7
Installed on windows server
Version updated from Standard Annual to 4 SC PRO

Still keeping it open but i reinstalled the system to let them work for now ,
but i dont think its supposed block my communication with the 3cx server if i missed 1 day of license renewel

Ideally no but there was a change on 3CX’s end and update 7 can’t activate anymore. So it isn’t that yours expired, but that it did not have the u8 beta or u8 installed, and also expired. See thread/blog https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/version-18-update-8-final-the-recap.122148/
