Hi,

This morning I had a couple of users report issues with their video calls disconnecting, and video quality being poor.
Upon investigation myself I could not even create an ad-hoc conference, nor could I join one already created. I kept seeing the error 'MCU Connection Failed'.
This was from initially desktop PCs connected at our office, and myself testing using my home PC.

Whilst it looks like we can now join meetings successfully, were there any issues with the MCU's in the United Kingdom today?

TIA.

Hi there, can you PM me your PBX FQDN & Public IP that you're trying to use this from?

I've checked our service logs for the UK for this morning. I couldn't find any issues or gaps in our service as other customers were using the service at the time.

What i believe happened is a rare issue that we've deemed as a "no-fix" PBX-side where if you END a meeting and re-enter it very quickly before the PBX is able to process the "end-meeting", for the next 1 minute, you will not be able to login to that specific meeting. You basically have to wait for this 1 minute max timeout before you're allowed to be let into your meeting again.

Without having much more info, i believe this is what may have happened to you because as i said, there's no gaps/issues that i can see during those hours on our side nor any specific issues with your IP that i can see here. We've discounted the possibility that you were blacklisted by our services as well.

Let me know.
