Issues with call waiting on Snom D735

On page 53 of this manual:

It shows that if I am on an active call and other comes to me, I should be able to press the check button to accept that call and hold the current call. However this does not seem to be working.

I confirmed the accept multiple calls option is enabled in my extension settings.

Am I missing a piece here? I saw some posts suggesting to enable the parameter 'ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP', but it seems to relate to queued calls and not direct calls.

Does the line key method listed first in that manual work?

Hi,

Don't edit your PBX parameters, this will cause issues.

The snom states the following requirement:





Go to the BLFs section, and add two line keys, then reprovision your phone.
