issues with calls from softphone

hi all. we are trying to initiate calls from the soft phone to call another ext. however it is not working. Call made from 3cx soft phone, 112 to 110, calls 112 handset then says please hold while I connect your call, then music, then nothing, it's like it's cut off but the call is still active. attached are the logs, also is it possible to remove the transfering your call message ?attached is the log file
