Issues with echo

Dear, good morning!

We're receveing complaints about 3CX’s echo system. It doesn’t work when they use an external audio device on the notebook.
They are using the webcam’s microphone and two speakers.

Can you tell us if 3CX will improve the echo system in the next update?

It is expected in your set up to happen.
If you have the need to have "public audio playback" then you should have a device which can filter out "return audio" from "spoken audio". Any other proxy, such as 3CX, will just pass on the audio/video it got and shift it to the destination.

In short, you need something which can perform "echo cancellation".
