Issues with hotdesking

So, we have a client using 3CX Pro
and they are having issues with a hotdesking phone (shocking I know)

We have factory reset the phone and tried to re-add it in 3CX

but are faced with the message "AIAgent: This Feature is unavailable on your current edition"

I've checked and the license is valid and applied so it should work fine.
Anyone know of a solution to this?

Would this be on the update 8 Alpha? This will be fixed in the next u8 preview release.

ahh it does appear so!
Not sure who upgraded it to an alpha version!

Do we know when the U8 Preview release will be hitting?

No exact time frame. There should be a new Alpha or a Beta relatively soon.
