Issues with license upgrade

Hi Folks,

Just wondering how long it takes after a bank transfer has been made for the license to update in the portal.

upgraded from standard to Enterprise

I put the Requested info into the Transfer for the ID.

Any advice would be appreciated

In the customer portal or in 3CX? If you mean your 3CX server, it checks occasionally but you can force it. In its admin site click the License line in the upper right, then "Refresh License Key Information."

Got It resolved.

Wasnt using the "Full admin" account so it was unable to refresh. all sorted now
