Solved Issues with outbound calls to other countries

Hi there!

I have an issue with outbound calls to other countries. No matter if the Outbound rules are there and the countries are allowed, when trying to place a call, I see in Call Logs the error "No Route Exists".



Any idea what could cause that problem?

Please note that calls to other European countries was working properly in the past. No idea what could be changed!

Problem solved! The problem was caused by the provider, who was blocking the prefix "00"...!

It took me some time until I realize that 3CX was properly configured and something else was causing this block.
