Issues with Web Conference Initiation and Recording Downloads

Hi,

I have noticed that most of the time we are unable to initiate web conferences, as an error message appears.

At times, meetings can be started without any problem, and the corresponding recordings are accessible without issue.

However, on most occasions, when clicking the Start Meeting button, the following error appears. If the button is clicked again, the meeting does start, but the recording URL becomes inaccessible afterwards.

Additionally, each time this error occurs when starting a meeting, the below error is also recorded in the event log.

The service status has already been checked, and we also verified the issue by changing the region. However, the issue still persists.
