Solved It has probably been answered .. Picking up VM from another extension

Hi,

Searched and looked through forums but can't seem to find this. When dialling my voice mail menu extension (666 in my case) and ignore the enter pin Number message, I was under the impression that I should get the chance to dial an extension to tend to Voicemail on that extension. All I get is the message invalid pin number then please enter personal identification number repeatedly.

Sorry for being a noob, have spent the whole morning in the phone system management but to no avail. Anyone have a clue?

Hello @jono659

When you dial 666, as soon as the call is connected, press # (hash).

You will be prompted to enter the extension number, then the vm pin.
