IT Staff Unable to Assign People as Manager

Hello,

After one of the updates done semi-recently, IT staff at my company are no longer able to assign staff as managers of their areas or vice versa.

The IT manager can although I don't actually see any difference in permissions between the staff and the manager.

Is someone able to advise which permission is needed to be able to tweak this please?

The table https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/access-roles/ I thought was for v20 not v18 but there a Manager can't create a Manager ("Create, Update, Delete & Elevate Users" section). Try an Owner role.
