Problem.
1. We can make inside calls from all ext numbers.
2. We can make outline calls from alll ext numbers.
3. Outline calls can be made to an ext number, but we can not hear anything.

Please have a look , what will be the issues?

Can you pin point to what device this applies?

Calls made on the PAP2T or on the SPA1001?

Based upon you problem 1 and 2 it appears that all traffic originated from 3cX works just fine, but when it comes from outside the wheels fall off.

When you make a call from outside in, are there any log entries in teh 3cX log?
Reason for asking is that no sound (eg no voice) is most of the time related to either the RTC ports (but you have all the firewalls turned off, however this does not mean that all the ports are routed to the 3cx box) or it is a Codecs issue. Codecs used by 3cx is G711.

Just let us know how you go.

Just dumping the logs might not help as much as you anticipated.

Please provide more details.
