Could I add the Network Error Announcement for the political situation when all agents are logged out of state even though still using the busy announcement when all agents are busy?

For Example: Want to get a Busy Announcement when all agents are busy.
Want to get Network Error Announcement when all agents are logged out of their account.

Could you please kindly advise me on how can I configure this?

I am a very new user of the 3CX brand.

Could I add the Network Error Announcement for the political situation when all agents are logged out of state, even though still using the busy announcement when all agents are busy?

Hi Tin Nwe Win,

Try this work around method,
A. If all agents are Busy:

1. Merge the On Hold music and busy prompt.(ex: 30s On Hold music+Busy promo) and upload the file.

B. When all agents are logged out:

1. Route the calls "Destination if no answer" to any dummy extension.
2. Add the announcement on the dummy extension voicemail greeting.
