IVR audio stopped.

my 3cx install was working fine and suddenly the IVR audio stopped.
the system functions otherwise .. any advise

note also i have restored a working backup and still the same effect

PS i am running the latest 3cx

Are you referring to the IVR service or you mean that you cannot hear the prompt when in the IVR?

• Yes , none of the IVR recordings worked .. even the hold music..
• I reloaded an old back up from earlier in Feb and the same thing.

after updating the system prompts I noticed the IVR recording where all gawn (space empty under the IVR menu.)
so I have relocated the welcome greeting so far and it works again so I am now going to load back all the music on hold and stuff.
