We are testdriving the 3CX Voip Phone system to check whether it is a good replacement for our current IVR system.
This is a an IVR that allows our customers to completely do their stuff on a self-service bases.
This means that we should control inbound and outbound calls, receive and send DTMF digits, transfer calls, put them on hold and all that stuff.
Is there anybody already doing this with 3CX or are we the first...?
Currently using Pronexus VBVoice with dialogic hardware such as ISDN, Analog and MSI Boards but due to migration to VOIP we like to have our whole platform doing VOIP.
