Hello,

In V15 we used to make an outbound dialer "CFD" and connect the customer to another CFD using the queue number.

but after upgrading to V16 we can't make something like this.

as the CFD is deployed on the IVR apps section and can't be associated with extension number.

any help with this?

I figured it out, you add a make call block, and make it call the customer, and the other party should be the name of the CFD application in lower case with suffix .Main and M in capital
