IVR, Ring Group , queue exception

hello teams,

i need to hide ivr, ring group,call queue for specefic extension.

Not possible unless you give them a phone with no display.

In v18 it's possible to hide IVR etc from all.

What do you mean by "hide"? Hide them from the search bar results? If so, you can't do it for only one extension.

New V18 Setting: Settings > Apps > Options > "Hide System Extensions (IVR, RingGroup, Queues and FAX) from 3CX Apps Company Phonebook"
