I have a DID for example +441212710000 when I assign this to my user it works perfectly for incoming and outgoing calls.
Under call handling I created a digital receptionist, I've assigned it my old DID number that I know works, gave it a ext of 820, gave it a name "test - ivr" uploaded a default wav file saying press 1 for sales 2 for support etc.
When I call the DID number now I get "line busy", the IVR doesn't trigger.
Under reports - call log I can see;
15/03/2024 12:29:44 07850XXXXX (+447850XXXXX) IVR (820) Answered 00:00:00 0.00 Terminated by 07850XXXXX (+447850XXXXX)
So I know the call reaches the IVR but I don't understand why the IVR's line is busy?
When office is closed route to - Accept Anyway
When on break route to - Accept Anyway
When on holiday route to - Accept Anyway
In addition to this this call is inside the designated office hours anyway.
Any hints welcome...
