Just did an upgrade from V18 U7 312 and restored to the new 939 and get:

In order to add an (DID) Inbound Rule, a SIP Trunk must be created first. Go to SIP ...

There are SIP trunks and they work.

Did a reboot, still the same

You first need to add the DID under the SIP trunks settings DID section in order to create an inbound rule for them.

Hi @greychain if you have a sip trunk --- edit it --- click on DIDs and try to add a new DID. Then give it try adding a DID inbound rule.

Also could you please elaborate more what did you do? how did you upgrade the system?

Created a backup , downloaded backup. Created new instance using AMI image ami-059a3a034b1398056, uploaded backup during the config session at 5015.

Transferred all recordings between the 2 VM's using SCP.

I just created a new SIP trunk and could create a DID for this trunk, but now for any other trunk

Did you add a DID under the other trunks that you want to creat inbound rules for?

Yeah ,that's the problem, duh. They have already been allocated, Time to get some rest, well as soon as Aliens finishes
