Just spun up a new hosted instance of 3CX - Can't login as manager

The username/password I set-up aren't working. Is there a specific process to login as an administrator?

I can see my "system" up when logged into https://portal.3cx.com/.

You can try to reset the password, and enter the correct username and password incorrectly two times, you should see the forgot password link. From there, click forgot password, and an email to reset the password will be sent to the admin's email address.

As per our live chat conversation just now - you have registered a StartUP, it doesn't have a management console, and you need to manage it directly via Web Client. You should've received an email with credentials to access the WebClient after the installation.

The startUP guide can be found here for your reference.

If you need a system with a management console you'd need to look into the dedicated option rather than a StartUP.
