I'm happy and just to anticipate what customers will request. "Could the icon show the current state color?" Green, Yellow, Red bubble... you know what i mean, like this other App starting with T.

3 things missing now to make this an even better app:

1. Auto-away after X inactive minutes (if that's even possible in a UWP app.)
2. Server-side CRM auto-popup (CRM link already there, just needs to popup.)
3. Chat built-in please so I don't have to use the Webclient on top of the softphone.

Will we see the Switchboard in this application. This has always been the GO TO function/screen for all our Switchboard Operators.
Frankly it has always been the most productive screen in 3CX

Windows notifications no longer appear when the extension rings.
I've already checked the notification center and the 3CX app is activated.
Anyone else having this problem after the update?

I can confirm that notifications are coming in from our end.
Both Windows 11 and Windows 10.

Are you running version 20.0.434 of the Softphone App? As we had a similar issue on the previous builds for a rare instance when this could happen.
If you are, then send me a PM and provide me with logs so we can take a look.

hm... is there a way to prevent the user to close the Application? - the old once are also minimize to tray...this close without any Popup "Do you realy want to close"? - We have setup a small Test group ob 10 Users... 3 of them have close the app....

@Marcel Junk do not really understand your issue. Can you elaborate?
Yes previous versions would show a dialog to confirm the closing of the app, but only if you are on a call.
Also once closed, all ongoing calls were disconnected and the app is completely killed.

The dialog was no longer needed because if you close the app, it is still running in the background + the calls are still active.

The latest version will close to tray, so it's not actually closed. It will still ring and show notifications.

No it wasn't but there was a library that circumvents it.
