I've tried this with permissions, but haven't gotten any where. Is there a way to keep a BLF from showing when an extension is ringing or busy? I've tried groups and limiting presences, but this doesn't seem to affect BLFs on the phones (Yealinks). I can do speed dial, but since the icon is different and doesn't have the green light, it will be noticeable that it is different than the rest of the BLFs.
Basically, I have a CEO who doesn't want everybody to know when he is on the phone, etc. Especially if he is on the phone with a manager.
