Lag with Grandstream HT812

Hello,
I' ve installed a Grandstream HT812, it's working fine exept for a problem with outgoing call, it takes about 6/7 seconds before the call is forwarded, is there any solution?

Hi Omar,

try to call a number followed by the hash sign. For example if you want to call 123456, do this:

123456#

This will instruct the HT812 to send the call immediately. If you still have a delay, the delay might be coming from your provider.

You can look at the 3CX logs to see the timestamps and compare the time the HT812 sends the calls, veruses the time the provider gives you the first reply.
