Lan Provisioned Local Network Ports

Hey Everyone,

We have Yealink Handsets (T48U) connecting across an IPSEC tunnel to our 3CX system. However, we need to keep the ports on this locked down. I've allowed the standard 3CX ports through but I'm getting no audio on it (Including UDP 9000-10999 for RTP)



Anyone got a port range that it'll be using for this connection?

Hi!

Assuming you have configured the T48U as a "Local LAN" device and assuming that the PBX "sees" the phone with it's LAN IP, the RTP Port range the 3CX Server uses for Local LAN devices is 7000-8999.

9000-10999 ports are used for WebRTC and all non-local devices.
