LAN SETUP spa-3102

Hi

Here’s the ip I’m using
netgear router 192.168.0.1
pc with 3cx 192.168.02
spa-3102 192.168.0.3

on the spa-3102 wan setup internet connection settings type = DHCP
and optional setting primary DNS 192.168.0.1 DNS manual (using this as I’m trying to get the time going.

On LAN SETUP
Lan network setting lan ip 192.168.0.3 is that correct or should I point to netgear or 3cx
Oh and enable DHCP server set to NO

Does that all sound correct

Wan Setup:

Connection Type: Static IP
Static IP: 192.168.0.3
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Netmask: Your subnet

Primary DNS: 192.168.0.1

Enable WAN Webserver: YES! (important)

LAN Setup:

Enable DHCP Server: No
(Optional) Networking Service: Bridge (so you can connect something to the lan)

Physical Setup: Plug the SPA3102 into the router using the INTERNET PORT. Not the ethernet port. Optional: Plug a lan device into the Ethernet port.

Follow the rest of the 3cx guide.

I would not have your router as a DNS server, use the DNS server of your ISP.

I have my WAN IP as the IP of the SPA, I do not use the LAN setup.

3CX points to the WAN port eg 192.168.0.3

Great got most of it going now thanks have some problems with outgoing pstn calls

But that shouldn’t go under the heading of lan setup so I’m going to start a new thread.
