Language choosen seems not applyied

Hello Team,

i'm currently setting a SMB20 and I notice something with chosen language which seems not clear to me.
During install I was asked for language and of course for me I choose French.

once SMB20 was running I noticed nearly every where a prompt set is used that it was set to English, not a big problem but I expected to find French .
Now prompt set is set to French my end of call goes on user VM and even it's set in French too in user, the VM give all the instructions in English.

For now in users, VM messages are the default ones so may be they are not all translated in French at this time ?
If you want a live test, as you are PBX admins listen IVR 16861 and chose option 1 to end in VM from user 16811 you'll hear English and not French

If you navigate to the Voicemail tab of extension 16811 is the voicemail language in French?

Yes I all turned in French manually as even i choose French during Install all the prompt set are English each adding you do in SMB

Initial language setting for SMB creation seems is not followed, and after it's the same for each adding User, IVR Qs this is always in English

it seems to me each EXT you add (for user or system) get its prompt set set in English by default, so you need to get in manually and apply the French prompt set .
is this by design or something not fully done or it escaped to attention ?
