Hi,
Ive setup many 3Cx including many on azure, but have never increased the disk space
After creating the pbx then going to azure to enlarge the disk space to 100gb, within 3CX it will still only let me allocate 29gb of disk space.

Is there something i need to do in the initial setup, as it doesnt give you an option to change disk space on the inital setup, only after.

In addition to increasing the disk space in the HyperVisor or the Hosting providers portal, you will need to go into the operating system and extend the partition.

I'm no linux expert so dont know the commands to do so. But, If you can boot to ISO I would recommend using the GParted software which will give you a GUI.

So even though the azure disk is 100gb, the 3cx install still uses 30gb until the partition is expanded to fill the extra disk space. Sounds logical. Any pointers on an easy way to do this appreciated - not a Linux user :)

I think if you run the Debian ISO again there's an option to expand the disk too.

Im not running a local install its Hosted VM with azure
